Company Secretarial Services

Incorporations and Registrations

Rooted in business and legal leadership that spans over 20 years, the JLD & MB Business Support Services Team is a one-stop-shop for clients looking to enter the Ghanaian market or to expand their product or service offerings. Our Team is frequently instructed by local and international companies to incorporate companies or register external companies in Ghana. We also advise and assist clients with post-incorporation matters including registering with the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC), Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and the preparation of standard form documents (contracts, internal policies).

Legal Due Diligence

JLD & MB also has an investigations team which has contacts in, and travels to, all parts of Ghana.
